DFS Investments has created a restricted-access Extranet which use is governed by these conditions.
This Extranet allows the user to access various aspects of his investment portfolio.
"User": an individual who requests and is granted access to the Extranet.
"Extranet": a restricted-access Web site owned by SFL Investments relating to the user's investment portfolio to which he has access.
The user agrees to respect the rules of use and the other conditions relating to the Extranet described in the appropriate sections of this site.
SFL Investments may amend these rules of use and other conditions at any time. A written notice to this effect will be displayed the next time the user accesses the site. The user must accept the new version of these rules in order to continue having access to the Extranet.
The user must contact his group savings plan representative to obtain an user ID and a password to be able to access the Extranet.
The user acknowledges that the use of his user ID and password constitutes sufficient proof of his identity and of his consent with respect to this agreement.
Access to the Extranet is a non-exclusive and non-transferable privilege granted by SFL Investments to the user.
This Extranet and the tools contain therein are the exclusive property of SFL Investments.
All information on this Extranet is the exclusive property of SFL Investments and is protected under copyright law. User may only copy its contents for his own personal use. No one may redistribute, reproduce, republish, store in any medium, retransmit or modify the information on this Extranet for commercial purposes without SFL Investments written authorization.
All trademarks and logos (including certain names, words, titles, drawings, illustrations and icons) appearing on the Extranet are trademarks or registered trademarks of SFL Investments or third parties and cannot be used without the written permission of the owner. Any unauthorized downloading, retransmission, copying or modification of the trademarks or Extranet content may be a violation of federal or other laws applying to copyright or trademarks and could result to legal action.
This Extranet allows the user to have access to certain information regarding his investment portfolio, which is provided to him for information purposes only. SFL Investments reserves the right to modify and update this information at any time. All of the products and services appearing on the site are subject to the terms of the applicable agreements that govern them.
While SFL Investments endeavours to provide the most accurate information possible, it cannot guarantee nor ensure the currency, accuracy and completeness of this information.
The user is liable for any authorized or unauthorized action taken when his user ID and password are used to access the site. The user ID and password must in no case be disclosed to a third party, even on a temporary basis.
The user must immediately advise SFL Investments of any failure, anomaly or event that may threaten the security of the Extranet or of the loss of his user ID and password.
The user is responsible for keeping the original documentation regarding any changes he makes to the data found on the Extranet.
Despite all the actions taken to provide accessibility and the proper functioning of the Extranet , SFL Investments cannot guarantee that the Extranet will be available, that it will meet the user's requirements, that access to the site will not be interrupted, that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions or losses of transmitted information, or that any viruses or other contaminating or destructive properties will not be transmitted thereby causing damage to the user's computer system.
SFL Investments shall not be liable to or responsible of any person for any harm, loss or damage (whether arising in contract, or as a result of any offence, negligence, or otherwise) that may arise directly or indirectly from the use of or inability to use the Extranet or the information it contains, or the malfunctioning of the Extranet, including any direct, indirect, special, consequential or third party damages. SFL Investments may terminate this Extranet itself or the user's access at any time and without notice.
This Extranet is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec. The parties agree to submit any dispute that arises or may arise between them with respect to the Extranet or the use thereof exclusively to Quebec authorities.
Any unprotected e-mail sent over the Internet may be intercepted or lost, and may also be altered. SFL Investments shall not be held liable to the user or to any person for any damage arising from the interception, loss or alteration of any e-mail that the user sends to SFL Investments or for any similar message sent by SFL Investments to him.
The links or references to other Web sites are provided only for your convenience. SFL Investments does not verify these sites and bears no responsibility for these sites, the information contained therein, downloadable software or other features displayed thereon or for the products or services offered thereon.

Please contact your Mutual fund Representative. You are allowed three (3) attempts to login. If the third attempt fails, your representative will have to reinitialize your password.
When you first login, you need to change your password. It is impossible to login if you have not changed the password. Your password is valid for 30 days. After that period of time, you must change it through the login page. The password must have a minimum of four (4) characters and a maximum of fifty (50).

Yes, it is possible to change the language simply by clicking on the "English" or "French" link at the top right of the screen. However, even if the language is changed, the portfolio statement will always be generated in your language of correspondence indicated on your account. To modify your language of correspondence, please contact your Mutual fund Representative.
In order to view graphics, Adobe SVG Viewer freeware must be installed on your computer.
When you will be login to your DFS Investments Portfolio for the first time and if this freeware is not installed on your computer, a dialog box will open automatically asking you to install SVG Viewer.
This free software could also be downloaded by clicking on this link and following the instructions provided: Adobe SVG Viewer.
In order to produce, view and print reports from your Portfolio, Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 4.0.5 or more) freeware must be installed on your computer.
Some popup stopper softwares, also referred as Adware or Spyware, which block popups and advertisement on the Internet may prevent certain pages and/or statements from displaying properly. If you use such software, we recommend that you disable it before you access your Portfolio.
